Submissions

Do you have thoughts or experiences about parenting children with autism that you would like to share?

ADAPT would be pleased to post submissions from the perspective of parents of children with autism in Manitoba or elsewhere.  Writers should make sure they are familiar with the values and goals of ADAPT before submitting their work.  Relevant topics might include anecdotes of growth or challenges, issues or advice around support services, book reviews, descriptions of helpful resources, or parenting strategies.

Submissions should be less than 1000 words, in Microsoft Word format, and sent to submissions@adaptmanitoba.ca.  Articles may be edited for length and clarity.

The editors will generally decide on your submission within four to six weeks. If you do not receive a decision within four weeks, please send a follow-up query.
